中文摘要

我國自然人憑證政策自2003年推動實施至今已12餘年，使用率約為30%。因此，本研究透過文獻分析法及問卷調查法，以整合型科技接受模式(UTAUT)理論的四項核心因素，探討影響自然人憑證接受度與使用因素，並以便利抽樣法對在臺北市活動的民眾，當面發放紙本問卷填寫後回收問卷，共計發出問卷230份，回收問卷213份，共得有效問卷208份，經過信效度分析、描述性統計分析、t-檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等之後，獲得四點結論如下：

英文摘要Abstract

It has been more than 12 years since we promoted Citizen Digital Certificate policy up to now, where the utilization rate is about 30%. Therefore, this study, with literature analysis and questionnaire, discussed factors to the acceptance of Citizen Digital Certificate and user with four core factors in Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and distributed written questionnaires to people who joined activities in Taipei City to fill out and collected them with convenience sampling method, where a total of 230 questionnaires distributed and 213 questionnaires collected and 208 of them were valid; four conclusions as follows are acquired from reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and regression analysis.

Four conclusions are acquired from reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and regression analysis as follows.

說明：

1.中文裡所提到的「我國」一詞，相對應的英文用語可用“our government”或“our country”，而根據語義來看，在國內執行政策的單位用“our government”來表示「我國」比較恰當。但是，對外稱「我國」一詞時，用“our country”比較合適。

2.根據第一句的時態來看，表示從過去到現在一直在做某件事情，因此，在子句裡面表示「一直…」，用完成式表示比較恰當。

3.第二句的主詞是“the study”，主動詞是“discuss”，為了使句子結構看起來完整，且易懂，不可在主詞與動詞之間插入任何片語。

4.中文「以…」或「根據…」翻譯成英文時中文可用“be based on”置於主句之後，如第二句。

5.英文的第三句再中文是併入第二句的，但是就英文的寫作，一個句子不可太長或太複雜，因此，校稿老師將其修改成第三句子。而時態一律改成過去簡單式。

6.中文「如下」一詞，若用英文的“as follows”來對譯時，應該放在句尾比較適當。

第三步：英文翻譯外籍譯師編修

Therefore, (修改為:this study employed literature analysis and questionnaire to discuss the factors of the acceptance of Citizen Digital Certificate and usage) based on four core factors of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The written questionnaires were distributed to people living in Taipei City to fill out and collected through convenience sampling method, where a total of 230 questionnaires were distributed and 213 questionnaires were collected, 208 of which were valid. Four conclusions are acquired (from刪除改為 in terms of) reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and regression analysis as follows.

說明：

1.外籍老師認為第一句的“up to now” 應該省略，理由是英文的句型“It has been ……since S + Ved …..”在語義上就是「從以前到現在一直在做……」。

2.外籍老師認為第一句的子句裡“utilization”本意就是「使用的平率和次數」。

3.外籍老師認為英文的結構盡量完整，若能用完整句子表達相同意思，則不要用太多介詞片語來修飾或補充。

4.外籍老師認為結論是根據分析而得到的，而非直接可從中獲取，因此，用“in terms of”會比用“from”更為正確。

第四步：英文翻譯修辭校訂

Four conclusions are (acquired刪掉改為obtained) in terms of reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and regression analysis as follows.

說明:

1.就英語修辭來看，“explore”有「探究」之意。而“discuss”是「討論」之意。而本文是著重在探究哪些因素，而非單純討論某些因素而已，因此，用“explore”比用“discuss”更為恰當。

2.就英語搭配詞(collocation)來看，中文的「得到結論」一詞，英文的對應譯詞是“make/obtain/draw conclusions”。

第五步：英文翻譯完成定稿
